[BUG] : Missing opencollective expense receipts when expense is added through Webhook #1119

Describe the bug
Expense receipts are missing when an expense is added through webhook. Expense receipts are visible after syncing the expenses.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Integrate opencollective
On bucket expenses page, submit expense through opencollective
Reload bucket expenses page
See error
