[FEATURE] Groups locked when not paid #1146

Detect if the group is no longer linked to an active Stripe subscription.

If the subscription is no longer active, show a message that asks the user to update the subscription.

While the subscription is not active, do not allow adding buckets, members, funds or new rounds.
