Levelbuilder integration: populating shared tables does not work

This level should have a stock / shared data table shared, but its not working

As opposed to when you inject JSON data defined in levelbuilder which DOES work.

We're getting "100 Birds of the World" populating via the applab.js populateTable hooks (https://github.com/code-dot-org/code-dot-org/blob/0bb58b898363a94ebcdc45918c5591811dd105d6/apps/src/applab/applab.js/#L813-L815)

But this is a mystery because we don't see don't seem to be able to edit the table data or dataset library selections at: http://localhost-studio.code.org:3000/levels/48642/edit
