Ollama Integration

It would be nice in terms of privacy if we could use it use codedog using ollama.

Do a quickly check and found ollama support in langchain. So it's not hard to add integration. For the ToP part I'm not familiar with it. Could you give more detail?

If you go to the ollama site you can see that it gives us the functionality to run llms locally, that's why I was thinking that it will provide security to our private codebases.
