No module named qsstats

I get an error when I try to open the front page:

"Could not import dashboard.views. Error was: No module named qsstats"

Then when I tried to install it...

sudo pip install qsstats
Downloading/unpacking qsstats
Could not find any downloads that satisfy the requirement qsstats
No distributions at all found for qsstats

Reran pip install -r requirements.txt . It works now.

We need to figure out why this wasn't running correctly the first time. Joanne has had the application installed for a few weeks now.

I might have had some internet issues while actually running pip install -r requirements.txt. So it might totally be my fault.

I just installed django_google_charts and now getting the same thing:
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'qsstats'
