add helm package app-version switch as a parameter of the helm step #165

Currently in https://codefresh.io/docs/docs/new-helm/using-helm-in-codefresh-pipeline/ there is only a 'chart_version'. parameter when the action is "push".

This parameter is added as the --version switch for the "helm package" command executed.

I have a need to be able to set the "--app-version" switch of the "helm package".

Please add this as a parameter of the Codefresh Helm Step
