Related: #5979

Make sure that "duplicate template" workflow works as intended if the source template includes coder_workspace_tags. Implement extra tests to confirm the correctness.

Alright, it seems that we support the "Duplicate template" workflow only in the UI. I checked the workflow and it works correctly based on templates pull, templates push, and coder_parameters.

Resolving now.
