Revalidate Julia kata recognized as outdated

There are four Julia kata which are reported as outdated, but after forking it seems that tests pass in Julia 1.5, and the 1.5 version seems to be preselected in the trainer, even if it's dimmed out.

The four kata could be revalidated against compatibility with Julia 1.5, and if they turn out to be compatible, Julia 1.0 can be removed.
