Colmena should have a simple deploy mechanism #223

There should be an easy way to deploy a new instance of Colmena, ideally using a one-click process with a button in the project README.

This allows people to quickly spin up an instance of the project to play around with it, and can help in finding and resolving issues.

previously (version 0.x) this worked with Heroku, not sure if this is still a relevant option
look into using now.sh
