Add title to all iframes used on site #1414

In reference to this ticket iFrame accessibility #1406
All iframes used should have the title attribute for accessibility
please note the video embed iframe are fixed with the title showing.

example using a iframe with no title

Please note: This requires some Drupal work by extending the current iframe code library to allow the ability to pass a iframe title
