Roll up content into title functionality

For mobile footer, there are multiple items associated to each title/section. This makes mobile pages exceedingly long unless we can hide section content into show/hide titles.

This functionality should apply at mobile breakpoints.

For long content pages (e.g. FAQS and Legal) we believe this solution may work also - for a test can we apply this rule to single message row - show/hide associated with the title.
