Lunar Holidays moving dates

Why would you go about adding lunar holidays ? Specifically the one's in thailand. Any suggestion ? im currently doing it manually.

https://github.com/commenthol/date-holidays/blob/master/docs/specification.md is where I would start. With that said, there is not currently support for the Thai lunar calendar. Support for that calendar would need to be added to the date-holidays-parser project.

For Thai Lunisolar Calendar (also used in Cambodia and Laos), feel free to use Python implementation for 1941-2057 C.E. as a base - I'd love to contribute this myself though it's been a while since I coded in Javascript. @Cants820 @gerryster
