Hi. I'm interested in building an app for MACH retailers/brands using CommerceTools could install for certain types of analytics, on-site messaging, etc.

Thanks for sharing this question.

If you are willing to develop some kind of new functionality that can be accessed from the Merchant Center, I would suggest the first step would be to learn about Custom Applications.

You can find a whole section in our documentation website related to them. Perhaps starting with "What is a Custom Application?" and then continue with the rest of the docs in that area.

Hi, Already I have a commerce application running in. But It has only standard dashboard like below

I want to customize this dashboard with additional graphs and filters for products or any other. How to customize and configure that into my existing merchant centerview ?

Hey @joeDeveloper1 , unfortunately, the dashboard page doesn't support this type of flexibility at the moment, but we'll take note to improve this in the future.

In the meantime, building a Custom Application will most probably be the best option. Another alternative is to create a Custom View in one of the available locators across Merchant Center and show charts in the context of other information: https://docs.commercetools.com/merchant-center-customizations/api-reference/custom-view-config#products-application.
