Here's a query where I've filtered by Organization -- I'd like to be able to sort by Repository:
https://github.com/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+author%3Ajsoref+archived%3Afalse+org%3Agithub

The same could apply to Pull Requests and it could apply to wanting to sort by Organization if I hadn't filtered by Organization.
