Building folly

Building facebook/folly also requires a built Boost, which we simply don't have.
But it's also not possible to install Boost using folly's getdeps.py, because that uses system defaults and won't result in correct static library binaries for every compiler.

So for now I'd say we should just use header only until we can build boost ourselves.
