The way I understand conbench installation is that the command pip install conbanch was deprecated, so I have to use the commands on the next area: pip install 'conbench@git+https://github.com/conbench/conbench.git@main' # webapp if I wanted to use the webapp.

It took me a while to realize that, and I may not even be correct. I suggest adding a comment to clarify that.
