Package Badrobot for use with Operator SDK

Hello, we met @wakeward at Kubecon and spoke about this tool and whether you'd be interested in packaging it in a way that would be easier to use with Operator SDK and SDK-generated operators. I've created an issue on the SDK repo to discuss that. Let us know your thoughts there.
