1. installed the plugin.
2. open a project folder
3. run the plugin
4. nothing happens
   no errors in a tooltip and nothing in the dev console.

I've found something about that the cli tool tracks changes since last package.json version change?
but I haven't changed the version since day one - 2 weeks of development

What does the console say? What your commits look like? How do I replicate it? Can you try another project? Does it work with normal cli module? System?

What are the steps to get it working within atom? What are usage commands? Hot to actually generate changelog?
