I have taken a look at the Download page at

https://github.com/coredns/coredns/releases/tag/v1.11.1

It seems all the download files there are source code tarballs and no binary packages at all.

Do I need to download and compile the source code myself or are there binary packages provided somewhere else?

Please advise.
