This commit updates the issue template 02 (questions). It reflects the fact that the discussions feature is now used for questions.

Thank you for this PR @Ein-Tim. We appreciate your effort but will leave this open for now as we're awaiting a final decision whether discussions will be kept enabled or not. As mentioned in #3282 (comment), we're treating it like an experiment for now and there could possibly be a change of plans. This is why we're careful with implementing changes that could be outdated very soon.

It doesn't seem like a big deal to keep Discussions enabled in this repository. Why would you want to disable them again? What would be the advantage? There are only a few people active here anyway. |
I can understand your position but this is unfortunately not up to us to decide on. There have also been various arguments against it, for example that it would be another input channel that would need monitoring. We certainly did not think that this would have such an impact. GitHub has more to offer than just issues, and we think it could be very helpful to make use of it. We might end up with a compromise that satisfies all parties involved, but for now, we will have to wait. |

I suggest to either merge this PR or close it. If it is decided to kill Discussions in this repository (which is a decision I wouldn't understand) then the PR can be reverted. |
