turnutils_uclient cannot receive response from turnserver

Hi community, I have been dive into the issues section for days and could not get out of this stuck, so I decide to raise a question.

I am setting up a TURN server on an Ubuntu VM on Google Cloud,

• When testing with turnutils_uclient, the server-side says 'allocated success', but the client-side says 'tot_recv_bytes=0'.

My question: What is possibly the problem here? Is it true that my turnserver is not functioning properly? Why is it that the client does not receive response?

My server setup details

Turnserver.conf

    # /etc/turnserver.conf

Coturn status

Port status by `netstat -tunlp`

Turnserver log, by `cat /var/log/syslog | grep turnserver`

Test with turnutils_uclient, I followed the tutorial here

Fist, create a user by `turnadmin` command ✅

Then, test and see client' output. Output is `recv_bytes=0`❓

Server is still receiving data ❓
