[monorepo] Allow passing in MetaMask folder to e2e tests #2246

Currently, the e2e tests as defined in:
https://github.com/counterfactual/monorepo/blob/master/e2e-prepare.sh
(1) Checks out, install dependencies and builds the MetaMask extension.

Would be nice to allow passing in a folder for MetaMask that is located locally instead of doing (1)
