Documentation is missing an example of .netrc file #829

The Readme in this page mentions the .netrc file multiple times, but it doesn't provide an example of what this file should look like, except for the docker example, where the file looks cryptic and I have no idea on how to configure it.

create a ~/.netrc as follows:

machine coursera-dl login "your@email.com" password "YOURPASSWORD"
