Scan to verify #162
Comments
Hello, |
From experience with other complaints, scanning the QR code was always tricky due to it's relatively small size. If others think it got worse due to the text, we can reconsider but I have no intuitive explanation for why it would be harder with some text below. |
In my experience everything was working well, but some cellphones have a really really bad camera and don't seem to find the limit with the square and the text. I tried 3 times in different places and it failed in 2 on 3 of theses when the old card was working every time. |
Thank you for the feedback :) Maybe the enlarge QR code option on the back of the pass will be a workaround in these situations. |
No problem, your service is really cool ! (And how to enlarge the QR code ?) |
There is a link on the back of the pass which you can press and hold. The back can be accessed by tapping on the three dots. |
Hi guys, since the "Scan to verify" message was added, the ticket is no longer shown on the Apple Watch wallet. Instead, with the previous version, without the "Scan to verify" message, the ticket was shown on the Apple Watch wallet in the same way as the iPhone wallet. Is it possible to remove it or have the option to disable it? Thank you |
@giuseppeangri For me the Apple Watch sync works as usual. |
@marvinsxtr I can confirm what @giuseppeangri says, I'm desperately trying to add the pass to iPhone Wallet but it never appears on Apple Watch. EDIT: Maybe it's a bug of iOS 15.3 / watchOS 8.4.1. |
