Annual stats

It's the end of the year already, and based on this, I have a suggestion. It might not be crucial, but anyway: it would be nice to see annual statistics for individuals. I would like to know how many issues I closed this year, the number of lines of code I wrote, and so on.

Something like a summary of the year :)

@volodya-lombrozo I think it's a good idea, I will try to implement it. This is the data we have, we just need to put all these XML files together into one summary: https://github.com/cqfn/bench/tree/gh-pages/2023
