Describe the bug
when changing to the Manufacture tab and creating a new tool the screen turns grey after swapping back to the Design tab.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Fusion 360
  2. Swap to Manufacture tab
  3. Create new tool
  4. Swap back to Design tab
  5. Screen turns grey (see video)

Expected behavior

  1. Open Fusion 360
  2. Swap to Manufacture tab
  3. Create new tool
  4. Swap back to Design tab
  5. Screen stays normal
