Steps are confusing to some testers

The steps in the popup were confusing to some people I had test. The message sounds as straightforward as possible but, it is confusing for people who don't know what the message is about - I think that some testers even had trouble wrapping their head around being asked to do something outside of the webpage. My suggestion to improve this is to have animated gif that demonstrates how to do this. The same message could show as usual with the addition of a button below it: [View Demo]... upon clicking that the message disappears and is replaced with an animated gif for the type of device/browser. The gif could be contained in a mobile phone graphic to try to make it clear that this is an action you have to do outside of the webpage itself. This might help some people understand what they need to do next.
