We ran into the SSM length limit when trying to store a SAML configuration (XML string) in Parameter Store.

These folks get around the issue by splitting the value into multiple parameters that are glued together.
I also imagined storing a long value in an S3 bucket and loading it in (since we already have AWS credentials in the container)

Perhaps this package could establish and support a recommended strategy for these cases.
