Cypress v7.0.0 vs included Node Version

Node was updated to v14, but docker image node version was not.

yeah, good question, we should have matched the included Node version

Typically we check the bundled Node version to be the same as the installed Node version in the included image. But since v7.0.0 Docker image kept crashing due to a shared dev memory issue cypress-io/cypress#15814 we had to push the image manually bypassing this check. The next release 7.0.1 will go through the normal CI workflow and will prevent the mismatch.
