I am using latest Cypress 13 on Mac M1 Macbook Air and my processor gets pegged on Cypress if I make even a tiny code change #28711

This has been frustration. I know that M1 Mac Macbook Air should work with Cypress. If I have a teeny tiny API test and I make even the slightest change, the runner UI gives me a spinner for a long time and I can see the CPU is pegged at 100% on Cypress. What gives? I am aware of past issue with M1 chip. I have turned off the file config that makes it so the runner is not aware of changes on the fly etc. It keeps happening and is driving me nuts.
This Macbook Air has 16 RAM so you'd think this would not be too slow just to write a few test API tests right?
Hopefully someone out there knows what I am seeing.
Thanks all.
