How to put text in the middle of the link, and node will link itself.？

as described in the picture

1. There is a number in the middle of the link.
2. node will link itself.
3. A node has two links linking another node
4. nodes with the same Y point

I have completed both node and link. But I don't know how to implement the above 4 requirements
