I'm experimenting with the dagger SDK in Go. I have the pipeline working, but I'm getting some mixed results with the caching of images when they are defined as services.
What I'm seeing is that randomly in the CLI I will see layers of the images being re-pulled. I can't identify any kind of pattern, so I'd like to understand how these are cached and if there's anything I can do to reduce re-pulled or if anything stands out that I'm doing wrong?

This is the main part of where they are defined
