Support compose.yaml?

New implementation plan of compose.yaml support:

• Basic: using docker compose command
• Extended: without the command, but using github.com/docker/compose as a library

We will abstract the core functionality as an interface like type ComposeBackend interface.
Implementation of extended support may be published as another repo/module.
