I'm finding the location column occupies too much space and compresses the details, forcing the information about the first violation off screen (see screen grab below).

It would be helpful if the cells were aligned to the top instead of the middle, so you don't have to scroll up and down to read the issues, or at least if the columns could be resized so the details aren't so compressed.

That seems like a good idea.

We could probably also remove the heading "Report" (and maybe "Violations") as the tabs should imply enough information.

Issue ported from #116

Depending on which tab you go to, or even sometimes from page to page within a table, the position of the vertical scroll bar will change from the side of the application to indented from the edge. It would be more user-friendly and less visually jarring if the viewing area were minimally always the available width so it didn't move.
