Extra set of bullets in html outline

In the outlines tab, the HTML outline has a double set of bullets for the first level of accessible names.

It would add a bit of extra space for reading if these could be removed to match the other two outlines.

(If you see the trend here yet, I'm working though the tabs making a page for the KB, so picking on bad screen grab items. :)

That would certainly make the tab far less confusing!
