Blank line before expect or block of expects

Valid code example:

  it("test name", () => {
    const someVariable = "...";

    expect(someVariable).toBe(2);
    expect(someVariable).toBe(1);
  })

Invalid code example:

    it('test name', () => {
        const someVariable = '...';
        expect(someVariable).toBe('');
        expect(someVariable).toBe('');
    });
