Tracking: Standardize environment variables

This document contains a list of environment variables that should be supported with overrides accepted, defaults should also be set for these variables where appropriate.

Three related issues partially addressing this:

• Accept the api token through the DAPR_API_TOKEN environment variable #111
• Move DAPR GRPC port inside client #54
• Implement endpoint env var and TLS support #163
