Missing tags for 2.4.5 and 3.0.0

While I can see a changelog for 2.4.5 and 3.0.0, I can't see any tags for these versions. Maintainers, could you please add the tags for these versions?

Also, I see a branch named 3.0.0 but I don't think it's a good idea to have a branch with the same name scheme as the tags. Could you please rename the branch to something like 3.x? This is for defending potential supply chain attacks. Thanks!
