Size, shape and spacing between selected keywords displays inconsistently #384

Sometimes keywords display in a circle shape, e.g. for keyword 'mri', sometimes more oval, perhaps it would look better if all keywords were displayed in a rectangular shape with rounded corners.
The shape lines around keywords touch each other, at other times with selected keywords there are big spaces inbetween - this does not look great.
