Remove companies that are out of scope

Through my own requests, I discovered a few companies in our database that don't actually fit our inclusion criteria, either by not processing any personal data at all or by not falling under the territorial scope of the GDPR.

I will delete those records. This issue mostly just serves the purpose to document why they were deleted.

In addition, we work with our partners and sources to inform us if they are ingesting any data from outside the US. Throtle regularly cleanses its Identity graph to remove any linkages that are found to originate outside the United States.

Since we do not hold or sell data from the EU, it is our policy to not respond to GDPR requests.
