Issue when using moveable on a SVG within a scaled div

Description

If you would look at the example the moveable now targets the SVG and by doing that its not correctly covering the SVG. It should be right under the square. Now when i place the movable on the Div it works perfectly. If i move the moveable outside of the scaled div it works on the SVG again.
