Having to wait for the build process each time the workspace is created can be frustrating.

Describe the solution you'd like
Prebuilds can speedup workspace creation by executing build ahead of creation, usually triggered by changes in the project repository.
A Prebuild can be configured per project. It should allow user to define a specific branch, frequency and whether the build will be continuous or clean.
