Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In the #531 build states are stored in a file. Moving forward we need to enable users to list the build history and to inspect the build details and logs.

Describe the solution you'd like
Builds should be first-class citizens in Daytona and have data model and their service implemented in the same way Workspaces have.
