  • address
  • driver's licenses
  • other (free)

Describe the solution you'd like
use:

Birth date: <i class="el-icon-date"></i>
Driver’s licenses: <i class="fas fa-car"></i>

Describe alternatives you've considered
I'm not sure if the icons are essentials ?
