Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently when I run ddev get --list (and especially when using the --all flag) there is very little information available to me about the addon - and I have to go and find the addon myself on GitHub if I want any further information.

Describe your solution

For terminals which support links (which I think we'd find in practice is practically any terminal which is used to run DDEV, but it doesn't hurt to make it conditional), change the name of the addon in the list to be a link to the repository.

That way I can see exactly what I'm getting with the addon, any documentation I should be aware of, and there's no second guessing as to whether the thing I found myself is actually the thing I see in the list.

Describe alternatives

An extra column could be added to the table with the repository URL, but terminal real-estate is precious so I'd recommend against this option, except maybe as a fallback for terminals which don't support links.

I would like that a lot. Also this year we'd like to develop an add-on registry, probably web/api based, that could give more info.

And of course a charm-based UI for ddev get could allow one to drill down into the provided info on the repo.
