Homebrew recipe requires golang for non-HEAD build

Expand `ddev debug test` diagnostic information

Expected Behavior

DDEV doesn't need golang to be installed for its homebrew recipe

Actual Behavior

It is installing/updating golang, which should really only be required for HEAD.

Steps To Reproduce

brew uninstall ddev golang and brew install ddev/ddev/ddev
