What happened?

I inadvertently turned on scroll lock, not realizing that this locked the mouse to the current screen. I spent several minutes troubleshooting and restarting client and server before noticing in the server log files the "NOTE: Scroll Lock is on, locking cursor to screen"
I suggest that the tray icon for barrier be updated to include a tooltip stating the status and/or an icon of a lock be superimposed on the barrier icon

v2.4.0
