Sender name is ignored in initializer settings

Describe the bug

When you define a name for the default sending email address, this is ignored.
"Fulano name chage-me@domain.org" is ignored and when users receive emails they only see the sending email address and not any sender name.
This could be confusing to some users with these types of commonly used no-reply@ sending addresses and it would be better to include the sender's name.

To Reproduce

Steps

1. Define sender email settings in the initializer

2. And check sending a notification.

Expected behavior

Expected behavior: receive email notifications with sender name included "Fulano name chage-me@domain.org"
