Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a visitor, I find it challenging to locate relevant documentation of a participation space (a process, an assembly, etc.) when they are scattered throughout the different meetings. Currently, there is no automated process to collect and display attached related documents on the homepage of a participation space.

Describe the solution you'd like
As an admin, I want the system to automatically collect and display attached documents from a meeting in the related documents section on the homepage of the respective participation space.

The documents coming from meetings will be organized under a folder called "Meeting documents" in the related documents section of the respective participation space.

Does this issue could impact on users private data?
No, this issue does not involve private user data.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Given that documents are attached to a meeting,
when I view the participation space homepage,
then these documents should automatically appear in the related documents section.
  • Given that documents are attached to a meeting,
a new folder named "Meeting Documents" is created in the related documents of the respective participatory space,
and the documents coming from a meeting are automatically attached inside this folder.
  • Given that attached documents for a meeting change,
when I view the related documents section on the participation space homepage,
then it should reflect these changes in real-time.
  • Given I'm a participant viewing the participation space homepage, when I look for meeting-related documents, then the user interface should clearly present these in the related documents section.
  • Given the new feature is implemented, when handling attached documents, then ensure compliance with data protection standards and privacy of user data.

Hi @NilHomedes it seems I can't move stories from columns (and I suppose my coworkers neither)

That if an attachement is changed in a meeting, this should be reflect at the same time in the participatory space.
Avoiding that you need to wait to see the changes applied there.

Mmm... OK. At the technical level we would have to implement the polling that is now working for comments and for polls in meetings. Is that the idea @andreslucena ?

Do we want this polling to take place both in a space home and in the meeting page, or only in the space home?

If we have it in the meetings page, just to note that we'd have two pollings then, the current one for comments and this new one for documents.

In this case, do we want the frecuency to be the same one as for comments?
