Describe the bug

While browsing Nightly, i noticed the below pic.

To Reproduce

visit any page like, https://nightly.decidim.org/conferences/general-thirsty/f/70/proposals/58/versions/1

Expected behavior

The State should be displayed properly, no missing translations, and the state id should become a textual version ( like "accepted" )
